My family and I were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, setting the stage for a delightful experience. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with options for gluten-free meals, which made mornings refreshing for my daughters. The hotel's prime location near Independencia Square provided easy access to shopping and local attractions, which was a hit with the kids. We particularly appreciated the helpful staff, who offered insightful tour assistance and made us feel truly at home during our visit. Though there were a few quirks, such as the Wi-Fi only being available on even-numbered floors, the cozy bar and shared lounge areas made it easy to connect with fellow travelers. Hotel El Torreon is a solid choice for families looking for a friendly atmosphere in the heart of Mendoza.
